DE LAS OBLIGACIONES DEL ÓRGANO JURISDICCIONAL EN CASO DE NO DAR CON EL PARADERO DEL AGRAVIADO. Si la autoridad o persona requerida negare haber restringido la libertad del beneficiario del recurso de hábeas corpus, el tribunal deberá ordenar todas las medidas pertinentes para lograr la ubicación del mismo, reservando las actuaciones hasta que la persona aparezca o sea encontrada.
